This site is an experiment.  It was created to help people learn how to use the National/FIS Alpine ski race timing software from Split Second.  Don't worry that this site is a bit plain.  Consider it a first draft.  As we learn together about what works and what doesn't, the site will become more useful and polished.
We believe e-learning techniques can, and should, be used to help build and maintain ski clubs' capacity to host ski races in an environment of rising expectations.  The following video explains why.  If you are ready to get started, go to the Lessons page.
